Check-In
All non-revenue travelers must check-in with a ticket counter agent. You may add yourself to the standby list up to two hours before your flight's scheduled departure.
Avelo recommends arriving at the airport at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure. Travelers must check in no less than 1 hour prior to scheduled flight departure.
Boarding Policy
Boarding priority is based purely on check-in time at the airport ticket counter.
Baggage Allowance
Non-revenue travelers are allowed up to one (1) checked bag within weight and size limits and one (1) carryon at no cost. Traveler’s will be charged Avelo’s standard rates for overweight/sized, and additional bags. Please refer to our website at Optional Services | Avelo (aveloair.com) for baggage standard and rates.
Pet Policy
Nonrevenue travelers are subject to the same fee/policy as our Revenue Customers. Please note: Only trained service animals are permitted on international flights. For specifics pet policies please refer to our website or click Traveling with Pets | Avelo (aveloair.com).
Dress Code
Avelo does not have formal dress code and welcomes a casual dress attire. However, we do expect travelers to keep it clean.
