Salam Air SAOC, OV
(known as "Salam Air")
1. Eligibility
· Standard: Employees, spouse, and children up to age 23.
· Extended (based on ISTA agreements with other airlines): Parents, siblings, and one nominated travel partner (can be updated once annually on January 1st).
All travel under this Policy shall be on space availability (standby) basis only. Bookings may be done in advance. However, no booking confirmation shall be provided. Boarding will be done at the airport based on availability of seats, at the time of departure of the said flight.

2. Boarding Priority
1. Each employee needs to reach check-In counter 90 minutes before flight to register on wait list.
2. SalamAir employees and their eligible travelers will have first priority then other airline staff holding ZED tickets.
3. Check In counter will start accepting employees from partner carriers based on earlier date of joining and job title.
4. Employees holding ZED tickets who are not accommodated on their intended SalamAir flight are not entitled to any compensation.

3. Visas, Passports & API
Employees and their eligible travelers are expected to hold all pertinent travel documents such as passport, visas and health certificate required by the country of destination and for every point en-route, in case offloading should become necessary for commercial or other reasons.
· Basic Advance Passenger Information (API) is collected during booking.
· Valid travel documents are required, including transit visas where applicable.
· SalamAir reserves the right to deny boarding to any traveler who does not hold the appropriate documents for any destination en-route.
4. Check-in Guidelines
Travelers should arrive at the airport and check – in counter atleast 90 minutes before departure for travel. Flight listing is required for all space-available travel. Passengers without a flight listing will be denied check-in. Passengers will be accepted at the airport as per SalamAir procedures.
· Online check-in is not available for stand-by travel.
· Report to the designated check-in counter for your class of travel.
Through Check-in:
Through check-in is not available to staff travelers with standby tickets. When planning your journey, make sure that you leave yourself enough time to land and check-in again at any intermediate point.
· Baggage will be tagged to the final OV destinations.
· In MCT, stand-by travelers must visit the Transfer Desk for onward boarding passes.

5. Baggage Allowance
· Cabin: 5 kg (under-seat item / 25 cm x 33 cm x 20 cm/non-trolly bag).
· Checked: 1 Piece × 20 kg.
· Excess Baggage & Additional Piece(s): Charges at the airport – Additional pieces of baggage or excess baggage will be chargeable at the airport at applicable rates. For full baggage policy, refer to SalamAir.com.

6. Dress Code
· Employees and eligible passengers traveling on SalamAir are expected to maintain a high standard of personal grooming and attire. Neat, clean, and well-presented clothing is required at all times. Smart casual attire is acceptable.
· Failure to adhere to the following minimum standards—applicable throughout your journey with SalamAir—may result in denied boarding. Final discretion rests with the local airport management team.
7. Seat Request
Seat requests are not permitted on Staff Travel. However, if it can be purchased if available during check-in process.

8. Flight Deck / Jump Seat
· Acceptance of any ZED traveler on the flight deck or on jump seat is prohibited.

9. Included Flights
· All OV flights operated by SalamAir only are eligible.

10. Excluded Flights
· Not valid on SalamAir code-share flights or the following flight ranges: OV4000–4999 and OV6000–7999.

11. Unaccompanied minors (Below 16 years)
Not permitted on SalamAir.

12. Pets
· SalamAir does not accept live animals in hold. However, Pet in Cabin (SVAN / ESAN) can be accepted based on additional cost, subject to availability and approval.
13. Insurance
Comprehensive Travel Insurance is recommended for passengers’ own benefit, as SalamAir shall not compensate for any injury, illness or loss of money, documents or other personal possessions etc. during the passengers’ travel.

15. Re-booking, Cancellations & Refunds · Requests are subject to SalamAir’ s policies (see FlyZED.info and ticket conditions).
· If unable to travel on a booked flight, refunds are processed through myIDTravel.
· If travel does not take place as booked, a full-value voucher (valid for 1 year on any OV route) will be issued.

16. Cancellations
· Cancelling a myIDTravel listing automatically triggers a refund request.
· Cancelled bookings cannot be re-listed. A voucher will be issued instead, valid for the same passenger.

17. Refunds
· A Voucher will be created valid for 1 Year for the same passenger to be used in OV Flights Network.
· No refund for no-shows confirmed ticket.
