Request flights at least 3 days prior to departure by completing the Kenmore Air Pass Request, found on myIDtravel (M5), and email to interlinetravel@kenmoreair.com. A waitlist booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
CHECK-IN
Staffed Terminals:
- Check-in at least one hour prior to scheduled flight time.
Unstaffed San Juan Island Floatplane Docks:
- Travelers MUST call 866-435-9524 one hour prior to departure to confirm space and provide any payment due.
- Arrive at our designated pick-up location 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
Unstaffed BC Inside Passage Floatplane Destinations:
- Travelers MUST call 866-435-9524 before 5:00pm the day prior to departure to confirm space, provide passport information, and payment.

BC Inside Passage

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- All travelers - regardless of age or citizenship - flying between the United States and Canada in either direction must present a current, valid passport book.
- Kenmore Air is prohibited from accepting documents such as passport cards, NEXUS cards, and enhanced driver's licenses.
- It is each passenger's responsiblity to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for the country he/she is entering. ETA (Canada) and ESTA (USA) may be required for foreign nationals.
PAYMENT
Payment will be collected at time of confirmation. Kenmore Air accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept cash.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE - FLOATPLANES
- Floatplane passengers are limited to 25 lbs. (11kg) total baggage weight per person, regardless of the number of bags. All items are weighed and count toward the allowance, including hand-carry items such as purses, laptops, backpacks, etc.
- No single item may exceed 50 linear inches (127cm). This equates to a standard carry-on bag as permitted on the major airlines.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE - LANDPLANES
- Land plane passengers are limited to 50 lbs. (23kg) total baggage weight per person, regardless of the number of bags, plus one additional personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop, etc.) of up to 20 lbs. (9kg) per person.
- No single item may exceed 50 lbs. (23 kg)
- No single item may exceed 62 linear inches (157cm) (length + weidth + height); this equates to a standard large-size suitcase but is smaller than the largest "cruise-style" suitcase.
BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE - VICTORIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (YYJ)
- For passengers traveling to or from Victoria International Airport, two (2) carry-on size bags are permitted and will be subject to TSA x-ray screening.
- No single item may exceed 50 linear inches (127cm) (length + width + height).
DRESS CODE
Casual dress is acceptable. Jeans and sneakers are permitted.
FLIGHTS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED
- All scheduled flights operated by Kenmore Air are included.
- Charter flights operated by Kenmore Air are excluded.
