BAGGAGE:
The baggage allowance is 20 kilos per passenger with the exception of services operated by Twin Otter aircraft where the baggage allowance is 15 kilos per passenger. Any baggage allowance exceeding these allowances will be placed on standby and carried subject to availability.
CABIN BAGGAGE:
The cabin baggage allowance is 6 kilos and must not exceed 40 x 35 x 18 cms
CHECK-IN:
We recommend check-in at the airport at least 60 minutes before departure but not less than 45 minutes prior to departure. Through check-in for connecting flights is not available. When planning your trip, please ensure you leave yourself enough time to land and check-in again at the intermediate point.
SEAT REQUESTS:
Seat requests are not permitted on ID travel.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS:
Loganair does not accept the carriage of unaccompanied minors.
REFUNDS:
Please process any request for refunds via myIDtravel. Remember to cancel the reservation making a note of the booking reference and ticket number. Refunds should be processed at least 30 days after ticketed flights date. If you experience difficulties with a refund please email bookings@loganair.co.uk with the booking reference and ticket number.
