Booking/Listing and Ticketing
Booking, listing and ticketing must be processed through myIDTravel only.
Refunds
Full Refunds: must be requested and processed via myIDTravel. Attention: Partial Refunds should be processed via myIDTravel as well, except for those requests when the first segment is unused and the others segments are used, in such cases requests must be sent to interlin@aerolineas.com.ar. Please note that manual requests may take some time.
myIDTravel fee will be refunded only for wholly unused tickets. After a year the ticket has no value and is not elegible to be reissued or refunded.
Embargoes
Flights: 0001-1099; 1900-1999 & 7000-8999.
Baggage Policy
Domestic Flights: 1 piece of 15 kgs + 1 carry-on 8 kgs.
Regional & International Flights: 1 piece of 23 kilos + 1 carry-on 10 kgs.
In case of additional baggage, the commercial (excess) baggage policy applies.
Check-in
Passengers must check-in at the airport no later than:
- 2 hours on domestic and regional flights
- 3 hours on International flights.
Always ensure to be on time at the gate.
Travel Documents
For international travel each passenger must have a valid passport and relevant visas for the final destination and for the stopover scheduled points enroute, in case offloading should be necessary.

Unaccompanied Minors

Dress Code and Behaviour
Eligible Persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers.
As a rule, Eligible Persons should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally mean attire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear. It generally excludes sweatshirts, shorts, gym shoes, and similar extremes of casual wear. Failure to observe the regulations of Aerolineas Argentinas, it may result in refusal to accept for travel.
