Flight listing policy and procedures:
MyIDTravel Bookings - All ticketing, listing, changes and cancellations must be processed via myIDTravel. Tickets are refundable up to one year from issue date. We strongly suggest you book one-way travel as this makes tickets easier to manage in the case of changes/cancellations/refunds.

All Code-share and Charter flights.
Flight Numbers excluded: WS5000-WS9999
Boarding policy
When there are two or more interline employees travelling on the same flight, the time of check-in for the origin flight will determine the onload/offload order.
Check-in times
Online check-in is available 24 hours prior to departure via the WestJet app or website (link below). If online check-in unavailable, please proceed to the Airport.

Special instructions departing from NRT or ICN:
Standby guests departing from NRT or ICN must go to the check-in counter no later than 60 minutes before flight departure (75 minutes is recommended) to receive a paper boarding pass before proceeding to the boarding gate. A boarding pass issued during online check-in will not be accepted.
When connecting from a different terminal at NRT or ICN, you must leave the secure side upon arrival and transit landside to present at the WestJet check-in counters to obtain a paper boarding pass for your flight.
Baggage
Each guest is permitted to check one piece of baggage at no charge, providing the items meet the size and weight limitation.
Checked baggage exceeding the weight, size and/or number of pieces per guest are subject to fees as well as space and weight availability for transport.

Checked baggage will be loaded once you've been assigned a seat on the flight.
Child/Infant Baggage Allowance
Lap Held Infant
- Two pieces of infant equipment (e.g. infant restraint system, playpen or stroller) are permitted at no charge.
Fare Paying child/infant
- One piece of child/infant equipment (e.g. approved restraint system, playpen or stroller) will be permitted at no charge in addition to the checked baggage allowance.
Infant safety seats
If you wish to use an infant seat you will be required to purchase a child ticket as they will require a seat.
Unaccompanied minors
WestJet does not accept unaccompanied minors for standby travel. Dependent children under age 16 years of age may not travel unless accompanied by an adult.
Dress code
Business Casual – Jeans in good repair are acceptable.

Once your ticket is booked via myIDTravel.com contact the WestJet contact centre at 1-877-435-9952 to add special requests to your listing, including wheelchair assistance. In lieu of this, advise our airport agents at time of check-in.
