Flight listing procedures:
- All reservations must be made via myID Travel website;
- Tickets issuances will not be made via e-mail or at the airport;
- International Flights: reservations must be made 23 hours and 59 minutes in advance of the selected flight;
- Domestic Flights: reservations must be made 1 hour and 59 minutes in advance of the selected flight;
- If you have doubts regarding PTCs please contact you company´s Staff Travel Team;
- The maximum limit for issuance is 90 days.
Bagage Allowance:
- Staff Travelers are allowed 2 checked bags and 1 carry on. For all baggage rules please verify Azul´s official website: https://www.voeazul.com.br/br/pt/home
Flights Included:
- All flights operated by Azul.
Flights Excluded:
- All flights not operated by Azul (Azul Conecta, Codeshare flights, ...).
Check-in:
- All check-ins can be made via Azul´s website/app or at the airport (please arrive prior to your scheduled flight at the airport).
Embargoes:
- Azul may setup embargos for Staff Travel tickets. For updated information please access: "Agreements ID" on https://www.myidtravel.com/myidtravel/ui/
Dress code:
- Not allowed: slippers/flip flops, transparent tank tops and blouses, skirts/shorts shorter than 4 inches above the knee, company´s uniform, mini blouses, excessive cleavage, dirty clothes and shoes, ripped jeans, sports team shirts, swimwear and any other attire considered inappropriate;
- Attire should be respectful to revenue custumers and employees;
- If any of the items listed above are worn while attempting to board as an airline employee with a myID Travel ticket, the offender may be denied boarding and reported at the discretion of the authorities present.
Miscellaneous:
- Please be aware that you will receive your seat if available only by the boarding time.
- You can issue your standby ticket with 90 days in advance, and rebook this same PNR also between this 90 days of issuance. All changes, cancellations and refund requests must be made via myIDTravel.
- Refund: Please be aware that Azul is a ticketless company, so you won´t have a ticket number in order to ask for the refund. Therefore, all you have to do is retrieve the PNR through myIDTravel and cancel it, the refund will be processed automatically by Azul. The refund process may take until 10 business days. If you have any doubts please send an e-mai to myidtravel@voeazul.com.br.
- Tickets issued in a Business cabin may have partial refund if flownin a lower cabin. Please refer to myidtravel@voeazul.com.br for more info.
- Azul´s host system does not perform downgrade if the PNR was directly issued on Business Class (even if it is Standby on ZED Fares). If by the gate you receive the news that there isn´t any seats on Business Class, we highly recommend you issue a new ticket on Economy Class.
- Business Class: Azul does not allow children in a Business Class. If you try to issue an Standby flight in Business with a child the system will not allow to proceed with the reservation, it will be necessary try again in Economy.
