Flight listing procedures:

  • All reservations must be made via myID Travel website;
  • Tickets issuances will not be made via e-mail or at the airport;
  • International Flights: reservations must be made 23 hours and 59 minutes in advance of the selected flight;
  • Domestic Flights: reservations must be made 1 hour and 59 minutes in advance of the selected flight;
  • If you have doubts regarding PTCs please contact you company´s Staff Travel Team;
  • The maximum limit for issuance is 90 days.

Dress code:

  • Not allowed: slippers/flip flops, transparent tank tops and blouses, skirts/shorts shorter than 4 inches above the knee, company´s uniform, mini blouses, excessive cleavage, dirty clothes and shoes, ripped jeans, sports team shirts, swimwear and any other attire considered inappropriate;
  • Attire should be respectful to revenue custumers and employees;
  • If any of the items listed above are worn while attempting to board as an airline employee with a myID Travel ticket, the offender may be denied boarding and reported at the discretion of the authorities present.
