  IMPORTANT INFORMATION’S ABOUT COVID -19: Dear partner,   Until further notice all non-revenue and duty travel travellers will be required to wear face masks for all Azul flights. Including during check-in time, boarding process, while in flight and deplaning. Customers with an underlying medical condition that prevents them from tolerating a face mask and small children who cannot maintain a face covering on their own will be exempt.  Those non-revenue and duty travel travellers who do not comply may be denied boarding.   1. NOTE:  The faces availability, (when choosing the flights), does not work due to system constraints. The red faces does not mean flights are full, as this function is not properly working between Navitaire and MyIDtravel. Important: If you are searching for any AD flight, please select "Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras" at the drop down menu instead of "All Airlines". If you choose all airlines the tool will lead you to your GDS inventory and availability, which can be not updated with AD current network. If you choose "Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras", than the tool will take you to Azul´s system, and therefore get the real time network and availability.
  •  Listing is automatically created when purchasing your eticket through So, when the payment is validated, you will automatically receive an itinerary receipt by email. Azul is a ticketless airline, so no e-ticket number will be generated only the PNR code.
  •  Check-in: Please check-in at within 48hrs of your flight. It is important to remember that the priority at Azul is always defined by booking date and NOT by check-in time.
  • Please be aware that you will receive your seat if available only by the boarding time.
  • You can issue your standby ticket with 90 days in advance, and rebook this same PNR also between this 90 days of issuance.  All changes, cancellations and refund requests must be made via myIDTravel.
  • Refund: Please be aware that Azul is a ticketless company, so you won´t have a ticket number in order to ask for the refund. Therefore, all you have to do is retrieve the PNR through myIDTravel and cancel it, the refund will be processed automatically by Azul. The refund process may take until 10 business days.   • Tickets issued in a Business/First cabin shall not qualify for a refund if used in a lower cabin than what was actually booked. 
  • Dress Code: Azul will not accept standby passengers if wearing:
  • For Men: Slippers, shorts, ripped jeans, dirty shoes or clothes, swimsuits and any other attire considered indecent that might tarnish the image of the company. 
  • For Women: Slippers, shorts, ripped jeans, dirty shoes or clothes, swimsuits, mini skirt, mini blouse, low neckline, and any other attire considered indecent that might tarnish the image of the company. 
  • Baggages: 1PC of maximum 23 kgs, for infants 1PC of 10 kgs. In case of additional baggage, the commercial (excess) baggage policy applies.
