Flight Listing Policy and Procedures:
Harbour Air Seaplanes is happy to extend stand-by travel to airline partners’ employees and their eligible travelers at the agreed ZED fare on our scheduled service flights. Listing is not currently available in myIDTravel.
To list for a flight, you may contact the Staff Travel department at stafftravel@harbourair.com and provide the following information:
- ROUTING: From (Origin) and To (Destination), travel dates, flight # and departure times.
- EMPLOYEE INFORMATION: employee name, employing airline, employee number, date of hire, position, contact number and company email address.
- ELIGIBLE TRAVELER(S) INFORMATION: first and last names, date of birth for children under 24), relationship to employee.
Email your travel request along with a screenshot/photo of your myIDTravel eligible “Traveller Selection” page listing your eligible traveler(s).
An email confirmation is sent to the employee once the listing has been processed.
Office Hours:
The Harbour Air Staff Travel office hours are Monday to Friday 8AM – 4PM PST. Closed on all Canadian statutory holidays. Requests received during office hours are processed within 48 hours. Requests received on Friday after hours, weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Check-in:
- Check-in at the terminal is a minimum of 40 minutes prior to departure time. A government issued photo ID and a valid airline photo ID must be provide at time of check-in.
- Seattle Flights: Check-in is no later than 1hr prior departure and passports are required for all passengers. Passport book are required for all passengers including infants *Nexus, Enhanced Drivers Licenses and passport cards are not accepted at this border crossing.
- Boarding priority is based on check-in time among other interline travelers.
Payment:
Payment is collected at the terminal when your seat is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash.
Baggage Allowance:

Unaccompanied minors
For stand-by travel, minors 11 years and under must travel with an adult on the same flight.
Flights Included and Excluded:
- Included: Scheduled service flights operated by Harbour Air Group.
- Excluded: Tours, charter flights and scheduled service flights not operated by Harbour Air Group.
