Wasaya is a ticketless airline, you will need to check in at
the airport with your PNR and government issued photo ID, for a
boarding pass to be issued.
If you face issues with cancellations and refunds, you may call
Wasaya Reservations on 1-877-492-7292 to talk to an agent.
Tickets booked and cancelled within 24 hours will require a
phone call to the reservations hotline for the refund to be
processed. All other cancelled listings are fully refunded
automatically to the original method of payment within 5-10
business days.
Re-listing for flights using the same PNR or using a PNR-split
is currently not possible. In order to change your reservation,
please cancel your listing and make a new one.
You may list from 90 days prior to your journey, up to 1 hour
prior to departure.
Dress code is casual; please be mindful of the harsh winters
and dress appropriately, temperatures routinely drop to -40C.
