Listing procedures

For Listing should provide

staff ID
name of pax
ticket number
flight & dates required.
For children and infants dates of birth will be required

Baggage allowance

Economy Class: 23 kgs for all routes
Business Class: 30 kgs for all routes

Special service requests

Not possible for staff travelling on Standby.
Special meals and seat requests not possible for staff with SA ticket but those with confirmed bookable tickets can request travel desk to use applicable entries.
Unaccompanied minors can travel if above 16yr.
Upgrade Possible based on capacity one is serving in and seat availability.

Embargoes

Will be communicated at least two weeks before effective date.

Check-in

At least 90 minutes before flight departure except for flights from LOS where counters are closed 2hrs before flight departure.

Other information

Visas and Passports Ensure you are in possession of all required travel documents ie passengers travelling to JNB. LOS, JRO and DAR must have yellow fever vaccination. Fines that arise due to lack of any of the required documents will be borne by the passenger.
Back-Up Tickets WB will not issue any additional tickets therefore Pax are required to have sufficient back-up tickets to avoid necessity to buy expensive commercial tickets.
