- PLEASE NOTE THAT Sterling Airways IS A "TICKETLESS" AIRLINE. YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A BOOKING REFERENCE FOR YOUR ITINERARY BUT NO TICKET NUMBER. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT IF YOU CANCEL ANY SEGMENT OF YOUR JOURNEY, AN AUTOMATIC REFUND WILL BE TRIGGERED. YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE A NEW LISTING OR BOOKING IF YOU WISH TO TRAVEL ON THE SAME ROUTING AT A LATER DATE. A RE-BOOKING IS PERMITTED WITHIN THE VALIDITY.
Check-in:
- Online Check-in is not available.
- Please check-in with a Customer Service Agent at the ticket counter at least 60 minutes prior to your flight's scheduled departure time.

- Charter and Code Share Flights.
Dress code:
- Acceptable: Attire which is clean, well maintained and in good taste. Shirts with sleeves and collars, tee-shirts, walking shorts (not shorter than 3" above the knee), nice jeans/denims, dress slacks, skirts, dresses, jogging suits, dress shoes, open-toe shoes, and nice sneakers.
- Not Acceptable: Attire that is torn, ragged, slashed, dirty, frayed, low cut, skimpy, or revealing. Attire with offensive or sexually oriented inscriptions or messages, halter/tube/midriff tops, sweats of any kind, leggings, beach or swim wear, and shoes that are dirty, stained, or worn in appearance.
Unaccompanied Minor:
- Complying with ZED rules, Aleutian Airways does not accept unaccompanied minors for interline travel.
Pets:
- The AVIH (Animal in Hold)/ PETC (Pet in Cabin) fee applies to other airline non-revenue travelers. Passengers must be 18 years old to travel with PETC. All health requirements need to be met for the animal. Pets will be tagged STANDBY and when the non-revenue passenger clears the flight the animal is also cleared. Do not call to list the animal. It is suggested that you contact Aleutian Airways Reservations to check the number of confirmed Pets on the flight as there is a limited number of animals in the cabin.
