BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
From Nov. 24th, the applicable baggage allowance is 1PC of 23kg maximum as mentioned on the electronic ticket.
Hand luggage not exceeding 12 kgs and complying with the following conditions below will be accepted on board:
-1 hand luggage 55*40*20 cm (including wheels and bag handles), the overall total of 3 dimensions must exceed 115 cm
- 1 accessory (handbag, laptop suitcase) complying with the following dimensions: 30*40*15 cm
Any non-compliant hand luggage will be checked in and put on hold. Charges may then be applied.
