Starting 12 August 2025, Industry Discount
passengers can check in one bag weighing up to
32kg and 1 piece of small bag + 1
piece of cabin baggage total within 7 kgs (both
check-in and carry-on baggage must not exceed standard size
requirement). For flights departing on or before 11 August
2025, the previous allowance of one checked bag up to 20kg will
remain in effect. Travelers with baggage in excess of their
entitlement will be charged upon check-in. Please read the

No outside food and beverage is allowed to be consumed on-board
the aircraft. Our ground staff may stop you from bringing such

Unaccompanied minors
ID passengers who are under the age of 16 must travel
accompanied by an adult holding the same type of ticket.
