Flight listing and Check-in policy

Listing via myIDTravel. 

Please be noted that travel partner/companion must be accompanied by staff.

It is not permitted to hold a standby listing and a confirmed ticket on the same flight.

Kindly contact PG standby counter for Domestic flight & International flight per the recommended time as follows:

  • Domestic routing: at least 1.30 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
  • International routing: at least 2.00 hours prior to scheduled departure time.
  • Through check-in: Inapplicable

Travel Document and Visas

Staff/Family members should ensure that they hold a valid passport and relevant visas for their intended destination and/or scheduled points en route, in a case that off-loading becomes necessary.

In the absence of a valid passport / visas, you may be denied boarding.

Dress code

As a guideline to ensure your smooth travel on Staff ticket, you should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste which normally mean the smart casual attire; excluding the following items:

  • Tracksuits frayed, patched/ripped jeans, worn out/dirty clothing
  • Distressed and ripped/holes clothing
  • Tank top
  • Shorts, short skirt
  • Sandals (flip flops), bare midriffs or bare feet.
  • Beach wear

Airport staffs have the authority to deny boarding if they consider your attire is not appropriate.

Baggage Information

Checked baggage

  • Maximum weight allowance is 20 kilograms for the adult and child on economy class and 30 kilograms for the adult and child on business class. The infant will receive 10 kilograms.

Cabin baggage

  • The adult, child, and infant can have one cabin baggage with the maximum weight of 5 kilograms and the dimensions are as follows:
    • ATR72: maximum dimension 44x28x23 cm
    • Airbus319/Airbus320: maximum dimension 56x36x23 cm

Refund

  • Via myIDTravel (NIET method): please log on to myIDTravel and follow the Refund menu if your ticket starting with 829. PG reserves the right to dispute an illegitimate chargeback and charge the additional chargeback fees to the cardholder.
  • Via IET: Please contact your staff ticket desk if your ticket not starting with 829.
