Dress code

ID ticket holders overall appearance has to be neat and clean.
Employees who intend to travel in business class must adapt their appearance accordingly.

Check-In

Generally check-in should be done no later than 60minutes prior departure.
A print-out of the ZED e-ticket is required at the check-in.

Special service requests

Only available for passenegrs with confirmed tickets - not available for stand-by tickets

Unaccompanied minors

UMNR service is available only for confirmed tickets not available for stand-by passengers.
