Bookings/Rebookings/Refunds/Listings
- Bookings/Rebookings/Refunds/Listings can be done via myIDTravel only.
- Listing is automatically created when purchasing eticket. No other action is required.
- Once payment is validated, you will automatically receive an itinerary receipt by email.
- Please retrieve the PNR to cancel your flights (before flight departure).
- Please retrieve the ticket and do the refund (total/partly) in myIDTravel.
- Refund is processed automatically and immediately by myIDTravel.
- A refund for a single ticket can only be done once (if you refund one segment, another segment cannot be refunded later).
- If a manual action is needed on a refund process, it may takes one month.
- Allowed time frame for refund requests after date of issue is 90 days (full and partial refund).
Travel Partner
- Binter only accepts Travel Partner when travelling with the Employee (ZPA/ZPC). Partner Unaccompanied (ZPU) will not be accepted to fly in NT flights.
Visas, Passports and API

- The necessary travel documents such as passport, visa or vaccination certificates must be acquired and their validity must be checked by the traveler before starting the trip. NT accepts no responsibility for missing or invalid documents. Fines imposed to NT, resulting from non-compliance with official requirements, will be borne by the traveler.
- Whenever booking international connecting flights, please check visa requirements in all transfer points of your trip.

Through check-in
- In case your flight is multi-sector, although our efforts to make the through check-in to final destination, please be aware, that PAD (Passengers Available for Disembark) might have the possibility of being offloaded or required for disembark at a connection point, due lack of space for revenue passengers. A new ticket and a stop may be required for those PAD, at their own.

Boarding policy
- ID passengers who have been accepted for boarding should arrive at the boarding gate at the time specified in boarding pass.
Dress code
- Please ensure that your attire is appropriate for the eligible cabin. If your attire is inappropriate, your travel may be refused.
- Travelers should dress in a smart casual style.
- Any items of sports or beach wear or any other extremes of leisure wear are unacceptable in any cabin.
