Flight listing policy and procedures:
All ID passengers must list themselves on the flight on which they wish to travel by using MyIDTravel.
Any ID passenger who decides not to come to the check-in of the flight on which he is listed must systematically unlist himself as soon as possible on MyIDTravel, before the flight departure.
Flights excluded:
Flights not operated by Air Moana are excluded.
Check-in procedures:
ID passengers must show up at the check-in counters dedicated to the flight during the opening time and before the applicable closing time. Air Moana check-in counters located in the terminal 1 will open 1 :30 hours before the flight’s departure time and close 30 min before the flight’s departure time. Any ID passenger who arrives after the check-in closing time can be denied boarding, in order not to penalize the treatment of the flight and its punctuality.
Through check-in:
Through check-in is not available to standby (or "space available") passengers. When planning your trip, please ensure you leave yourself enough time to land and check-in again at any intermediate point.
Baggage allowance:
- Checked baggage
ID passengers are allowed 1 Piece x 15 kg.
For excess baggage, the regular full-fare passengers rules apply and must be paid at the check-in counter. Check also www.airmoana.com
- Cabin baggage
Due to the limited size of the overhead
compartments on our ATR 72-600 aircraft, we have set the carry-on
baggage weight limit at 5 kg to ensure smooth operations and the
safety of all passengers.
This limit applies only to the carry-on bag and does not include
the weight of any personal items.
One piece, maximum dimensions 115 cm : 55 cm + 35 cm + 25 cm (length + width + height), maximum weight 5 kg.
