Introduction
Below please find a summary of relevant information related to ID travel on Kenya Airways flights (KQ). The employee is responsible for ensuring that any of his/her eligible persons traveling under Staff Travel agreements are aware of all the requirements that apply to standby travel. Any reference to employee below shall be deemed to include eligible persons where applicable. Employees are responsible for checking the below information before travel.
Flight listing policy and procedures
Staff of interline partners using paper or electronic tickets are to List all KQ flights via http://www.myidtravel.com/myidlisting/

Baggage
ID passengers benefit from the same baggage allowance as commercial passengers. Please check our website www.kenya-airways.com prior to departure
Boarding Policy
KQ boards ID passengers (including KQ staff) according to a so called PSN-number (Priority Serial Number) - KQ staff with a ID ticket will board first, then staff of Skyteam members, and then all other airline staff.

Dress code
ID travelers are required to dress appropriately and take care
of their appearance.
This requires neat casual (business) attire and excludes t-shirts,
sweatshirts, shorts and extravagant clothing. Neat and tidy jeans
are accepted.
Failure to observe this dress code may result in the refusal to accept the individual for travel.

Seat requests
Not possible for airline staff traveling on standby.
Unaccompanied minors
Not applicable to interline staff. Unaccompanied dependents can only travel if they are over 16years old..
Back-up tickets
KQ expect all interline employees to carry back up tickets issued by their employing carrier. KQ will not issue ZED tickets for interliners. KQ's myidtravel partner airlines can purchase via myIDTravel portals only.
