Flight listing policy and procedures
Flight listing is recommended for all space-available travel, and a ticket number must be provided at the time of listing.
Contact the nearest Gulf Air Reservations Office or Call Centre for listing.
It is the staff passenger’s responsibility to ensure they travel with applicable and valid visas and relevant documentation at all departure/arrival points. In the absence of such documents, staff passengers may be denied boarding.
Out-of-sequence GF policy:
Gulf Air does not accept the use of tickets out-of-sequence. Please note that in case of any issues resulting from such a use, Gulf Air will not accept to receive any claims. To avoid any trouble, please advise your staff to purchase One-Way coupons.
Embargos
Due to high revenue payload demand, the following routes will be placed on embargo for all types of firm bookings (R1/S1/C1/ID50/IDMM) for both leisure and duty travel, and in both Business and Economy Class cabins:
