Flight listing policy and procedures

  • All travel must be purchased via myIDTravel or ID90Travel - Frontier is TICKETLESS
  • Refunds via myIDTravel are completed by selecting Travel History>select the reservation/PNR to be refunded>cancel the desired segments>the refund is processed!
  • Known traveler numbers can be added at check in time

Baggage

BAGGAGE ADVISORY: F9 is experiencing a Passenger Type Code (PTC) issue that causes some pass travel bookings to appear as revenue in regard to baggage allowance and seat selection. To avoid issues at the gate, please email us at f9pass@flyfrontier.com prior to your travel date to ensure the proper baggage allowance has been added to your PNR. If you have not done so and are charged for bags during your travel, please email us directly for a prompt refund. This refund is due if charged for normal bag allowance of one carry on and two checked bags. Overweight and excess bag fees will not be waived or refunded.

  • Personal bag item can be no larger than Size: 14"H X 18"W X 8"D

Pets

  • Other airline employees may transport personal pets on a space available basis for the applicable fee. The fee is collected by the ticket counter only.

Boarding policy

  • Boarding is done by check in time. The standby list can be viewed at F9standby.flyfrontier.com. Only those who have checked in will appear on the standby list.

Check-in

  • Check in via flyfrontier.com, a kiosk or with a ticket counter agent. Seats cannot be assigned at check in.

Dress code

  • Casual Dress is acceptable - Items Not Allowed: beachwear or pajamas, clothing items with holes.

Special service requests

  • Infants must be booked with a reservations agent or at the ticket counter. Special service requests for wheelchairs should be made with reservations.

Infant safety seats

  • Infant seats must be FAA approved with sticker attached. Booster seats are not allowed.

Unaccompanied minors

  • Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. Children must be over 15 years old to travel as an adult.
