For international travel each passenger must have a valid passport and relevant visas for the final destination and for the stopover scheduled points in route, in case offloading should be necessary.

Flight Listing Policy and Procedures:
Listing is mandatory.
If you issued your stand-by ticket through myIDTravel you are automatically listed on the flight.
Refund Policy:
Changes, cancellation, refunds must be processed through myIDTravel.
Downgrade must be refunded manually: email a copy of your boarding pass and ticket number to Refund-myIDT@ita-airways.com

Due to migration to a new Reservation System, Electronic Ticketing database and Inventory on the night of the 22/23 February 2023, an embargo has been settled into myIDTravel to inhibit any new staff ticket issue with departure date from 21 to 23 feb included. In case of existing tickets listed / confirmed with departure 21-23feb we strongly recommend to change departure before/after the migration date. Please take care that all tickets that are not intended to used must be refunded within February the 21st.
Check-in
ID passengers can check-in at economy class counter not later than 90’minutes for domestic flights and 120’ minutes for medium and long haul flights.
If you hold only carry-on baggage you can check-in at transit -desk
Once you have your boarding card please proceed to the boarding gate according to the boarding time.

Hand Baggage:
Only one item of hand baggage weighing 8KG and measuring no more than:
- 55 cm HIGHT
- 35 cm WIDE
- 25 cm DEEP
Checked Baggage:
- economy class - 1PC x 23Kg
- premium class - 1PC x 23Kg
- business class - 1PC x 32Kg
Through check-in of luggage is not allowed if travelling with stand-by tickets
Special Services:
WHEELCHAIR, PETC - AVIH, SPECIAL MEAL, ASR are not allowed for zed tickets
Unaccompanied minors (UM)
Unaccompanied minors holding zed tickets are not accepted
Dress code:
Appropriate, tidy and in line with the common standards of good taste.
Flip flops, slippers, tank tops, shorts and bermuda shorts, costumes and beach wear, sports clothing are not allowed.
Clothing must not consist of garments that can damage Company image (clothes that show offensive written and/or images)
Failure to comply with this rule may authorize airport operators to deny board or to downgrade.
