Southern Airways Express is a transporting carrier in myIDTravel
for R2 Leisure ONLY. Airlines that have agreements with 9X
must complete their listings thru myIDTravel for their flights, at
least 1 hour prior to departure. You can NOT list for a
flight more than 30 days in advance.
Users can cancel or change listings in the myID portal.
Jumpseaters *with* reciprocal agreements may call our reservations
line at 800.329.0485.

THE INITIAL AIRLINE SEARCH/DROP DOWN MENU. SELECTING 'ALL
AIRLINES' OR LEAVING IT BLANK WILL RESULT IN AN
ERROR!
Check-In
Please present yourself at the ticket counter at least 1 hour prior to departure for a gate pass and/or boarding pass. The only exception is for airports that operate in a non-sterile (NO TSA) environment; please check-in at least 30 minutes prior. Southern Airways Express is a TSA PreCheck airline and you may provide your KTN to our reservations line once your listing is completed.
Baggage
All non-rev travelers are allowed 1 carry-on, not to exceed 15 pounds, on board the aircraft. Checked luggage is limited to 1 bag, not to exceed 62 linear inches or 50 pounds (23 kg). Excess baggage fees may apply. NOTE: Due to the size of the Cessna Caravan, standard roll-aboards MUST be gate checked or tagged as checked luggage.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 days.
Dress Code
Southern Airways Express uses Dress to Impress - Business Casual, when flying non-revenue. Please adhere to a business casual dress code (no shorts, no t shirts) except for Hawai'i routes where you ask to dress "smart". Please remove your airline ID/lanyard once at the ticket counter - please do not wear this in the gate areas or on the aircraft. Jumpseat pilots should be in either full uniform or dress pants/collared shirt. Jumpseat pilots should identify themselves to the flight crew.
Unaccompanied Minors
Southern Airways Express does not accept UM's as standby travel on our network.
Pilot Jumpseat Listings
Airlines with *reciprocal* pilot commuting/jumpseat agreements may call 800.329.0485 to list for your flight. Jumpseat listings are cleared as the lowest boarding priority.
