ASL Airlines France (5O) is an airline operating scheduled, charter, cargo and ACMI flights from its hub at CDG and from different airports in France. Only scheduled flights operated by 5O are covered by staff travel agreements.

Ticketing procedures

  • Booking, change, cancellation or refund must be done thru myIDTravel only
  • Listing is mandatory 
  • Unaccompanied minors (UMNR) are not allowed
  • Our call centre and offices cannot handle staff tickets
  • In case of an issue that cannot be resolved on myIDTravel, please contact interlineaslf@aslairlines.com

  • Flight number between 5O700 to 5O9999 are excluded (charter and ad-hoc flights)

Baggage

  •  Staff tickets include 1 piece of luggage of 23 kgs in hold and 1 piece of hand luggage of 10 kgs maximum (55x35x25cm) 
  •  You may purchase a maximum of 1 extra piece of luggage on www.aslairlines.fr at a discounted rate, or at the airport the day of departure

  Check-in

  • Please proceed to the general check-in counters from 3 hours before departure and present your e-ticket together with your passport and follow instructions and guidance from our personnel
  • The check-in time limit is 1 hour

  • All standby passengers must be discreet, respectful, and cooperative with our ground and on-board staff members, but also towards commercial customers
  • Clothing must be correct (smart casual)
  • Parents must watch over the way their children behave
